Mr. Franco is a dedicated and experienced Senior Trial Attorney at Fontes Law Group, focusing exclusively in family law. With a proven track record of successfully litigating hundreds of cases, he has built a reputation for his expertise in divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, move-away requests, domestic violence restraining orders, and contempt matters.

Mr. Franco was recently named to the 2025 Southern California Super Lawyers list, an honor awarded by Super Lawyers that recognizes only up to 5% of attorneys in the region.

Mr. Franco graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2010, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in 2013. He was admitted to the California State Bar that same year, marking the beginning of his successful legal career.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Franco is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and his background in real estate law and property disputes enables him to effectively resolve issues involving real property within family law cases.
