Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 24, 2026
Fontes Law Group, PC (“Fontes Law Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fonteslawgroup.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to information collected through the Site, our online forms, and related text message and email communications. It does not govern information you share with us after you become a client. That information is protected by attorney-client privilege and our professional duty of confidentiality under California law.
No attorney-client relationship. Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing us does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is formed only after we agree to represent you in a signed written agreement. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we confirm that we represent you.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, call, text, or email us, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address or city
- Preferred language
- The type of legal matter and a description of your situation
- Preferred appointment times
- Any other information you choose to include
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address
- Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, and the website or ad that referred you
- Advertising click identifiers, such as the Google Click ID (gclid), that tell us which ad brought you to the Site
Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from advertising platforms, such as confirmation that a visit came from one of our ads.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations
- Communicate with you by phone, text message, and email, in English or Spanish
- Evaluate whether we can assist with your matter, including checking for conflicts of interest
- Measure how the Site and our advertising perform, and improve both

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited and time on site. Learn how Google uses this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Ads. We advertise through Google Ads. Google uses cookies to measure whether a visit or form submission came from one of our ads. We also use remarketing, which lets Google show our ads to people who previously visited the Site. You can control ad personalization at Google My Ad Center or opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
Managing cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work, including forms.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers do not follow a common standard for Do Not Track signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Online Forms and Text Messages
Forms. Our contact and consultation forms are provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), a customer relationship management platform. Information you submit is stored on their systems on our behalf and used only to respond to you and manage your inquiry.
Text messages. If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Fontes Law Group about your inquiry, appointments, and related updates. Consent is not a condition of hiring us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Envíe ALTO o STOP para cancelar.
- You may also contact us at [privacy email] to opt out.
We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that operate on our behalf, including our website host, GoHighLevel (forms, scheduling, messaging), our case management system, and our marketing agency. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Google, which receives device and usage information through Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies as described in Section 3. Under California law, remarketing may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 6.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others, consistent with our duty of confidentiality.
- Business transfers, if the firm merges or transitions, subject to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Information about your legal matter is kept confidential as required by California Business and Professions Code section 6068(e).

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
