Rosa Duarte
Ms. Duarte joined Fontes Law Group in 2021 as a hearing representative for the Worker’s Compensation department. Ms. Duarte has assisted in covering hundreds of cases before the Workers Compensation Board in Southern California.
Ms. Duarte was born and raised in the Inland Empire. She began her career in Worker’s Compensation in 2003 and has been a hearing representative since then. Throughout her career, she has earned extensive knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation system and has contributed in helping injured workers obtain favorable settlements. Ms. Duarte is committed to her education and attends several seminars regarding permanent disability, rating conferences, vocational rehabilitation and more in order to provide an aggressive representation for our clients.
Ms. Duarte is fluent in both English and Spanish.
