Early years
Ms. Duarte was born and raised in the Inland Empire. She began her career in workers’ compensation in 2003 and has been a hearing representative since then.
Experience
Throughout her career she has earned extensive knowledge of the workers’ compensation system and has helped injured workers obtain favorable settlements. Ms. Duarte is committed to her education and attends seminars on permanent disability, rating conferences, vocational rehabilitation and more, in order to provide aggressive representation for our clients.
