Early years
Born and raised in Los Angeles County, Mr. Ruiz is fluent in English and Spanish. He earned his MBA from Marymount California University.
Law school
Mr. Ruiz is a Dean’s Honor Roll student at Purdue Global Law School, where he expects to graduate with his J.D. in the summer of 2026. He plans to sit for the February 2027 California Bar Exam.
Awarded the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association Wally Davis Scholarship in March 2025.
Community
Mr. Ruiz has a strong record of community involvement through extensive volunteer work with the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association.
